Welcome to Treats & Sweets. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and services in Sialkot, Pakistan.

1. Ordering & Acceptance

All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation of price. Standard cake designs require at least 2-4 hours, while customized tier cakes require a minimum of 24 hours advance notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

2. Pricing & Currency

All prices on our website are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs.) and are inclusive of local taxes where applicable. Delivery charges are calculated extra and displayed during the checkout process.

3. Payments & Screenshot Verification

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and manual transfers via Easypaisa, JazzCash, or bank accounts. For manual wallets/bank transfers, the order is marked **Pending** and will only be prepared/dispatched once a valid transaction receipt screenshot is shared with us via WhatsApp and verified by our billing desk.

4. Delivery Limitations

Our delivery services are restricted to municipal areas of Sialkot. You must provide an accurate address and working phone number. We are not liable for delayed deliveries due to wrong addresses, weather anomalies, or political blockades.

5. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions, prices, and policies at any time without prior notice.
