Delivered between 11:00 AM and 8:00 PM.

We deliver exclusively within the municipal limits of **Sialkot, Pakistan**. Minimum order value required for delivery is **Rs. 500**. Orders below this value can be picked up from our bakery hub by coordinating via WhatsApp.
Order Timings & Cut-offs
- **Same-Day Delivery:** Orders placed before **1:00 PM** (2 PM) will be processed and delivered same-day.
- **Next-Day Delivery:** Orders placed after 2:00 PM will default to next-day delivery unless express/urgent delivery is selected and confirmed via WhatsApp.
- **Custom Cakes:** Customized designs, tier cakes, and novelty orders require at least **24 hours** advance notice.
Receiver Availability
Since our bakery items are highly perishable (cakes, creams, chocolate melts), it is crucial that someone is available to receive the delivery at the provided address. If the receiver is unreachable, our driver may return the items to the bakery hub, and re-delivery charges will apply.
Weather or Traffic Disruptions
Occasionally, heavy rains or security blockades may delay delivery. We do our absolute best to notify you of any delay immediately and seek your cooperation.
